I know you've read the Awakening, so let the exictement out!!

So are you a Cloe + Derek fan or Cloe + Simon fan?

Do you think Cloe saw Aunt Lauren's ghost or was it a trick?

Can you wait till the next book???

I'm definitely a Chloe/Derek fan. If those two don't wind up together I'm going to be incredibly bummed out. I'm not sure what to think about the Aunt Lauren's ghost thing. I'm hoping it isn't but I'm just not sure.

I'm having a hard time waiting for The Reckoning to come out. I've been trying to read fanfics in the mean time but there really isn't a large selection of Darkest Powers fanfics. :(

Do you have any fafic websites i love reading those!!!! i can't wait for the Reckoning!!! I will get soo mad if chloe and derek don't get together!!! do u know how many books there r going to be?????

It's a trilogy so the next one is unfortunately going to be the last.

i read through 4 chapters on one of them. it was nice. like this is my story and how cloe and derek get toghter.

I looked around the ballroom and saw everyone dancing elegantly. They moved around the dance floor hand in hand. I saw Simon with a middle aged lady who had asked him to dance earlier. A handsome, tall guy was dancing with Tori and they were moving around the room like everyone else. Derek. Where was Derek? Who was he dancing wi-? “You know people are gonna think you are weird if you sit around like that the whole time,” a low voice behind me said. I stood up and turned around, seeing that I was face to face with Derek. He pulled me up, so my flats were on his shiny black shoes, and I instinctively threw my arms around his neck.
We twirled and spinned until we came to a stop by a deserted food table that was in the corner. His hands went up and down my back pushing me closer to him. Because it was such a perfect moment, his lips brushed mine and pulled away. A moan came through my lips, as if it was waiting on my lips for years, and I closed my eyes. I felt the rare smile I usually never get from Derek right before his lips dived into mine.
If every kiss felt like this, I know why people kiss so much. My hand intertwined in his hair pulling him closer and closer. And then out of nowhere, I heard someone clear their throat. Pulling away from Derek’s lips, I saw who was standing there.

Hey everyone, I see that it's been a while since the last update here bt I just wanted to pop in and say hi to all. I can't quite remember ho or when but I'm glad I picked up the first book of this trilogy. Can't wait for the last one!

same here!!!!she's posting an additional chapter 2 times a month until it comes out. the chapters are on her website.

I've heard she's posting them and even saw links to them but I just can't bring myself to read them and be spoiled! But at the same time can't wait and so eager to know!

true!!! but when you finish the chapters you just don't want to stop and you back and read them over and over again.

I guessed so! :) I know when I read, I definitely wanna go on and not stop until the very end, so I guess I'll wait, if I can fight the urge!
