Absolutely Not the Protagonist
Glad we got this team up and running. Hello everyone! Hope you are just as excited as me. First order of business is that we need to figure out a name lets discuss ideas.
Hi team. Checking in & clicking the Notify thingy. As for team names, I like puns. Here's some I've come up with:
Blood Bath & Beyond
Readers of the Lost Arc
The Read Dead Redemption
The Walking Read
Readpool
Night of the Living Bookworms
Texas Chainsaw Marginalia
Foreshadowed Survivors
Absolutely Not the Protagonists
🤣
I love all of those, but my two favorites for this challenge are Foreshadowed Survivors or Absolutely Not the Protagonists.
Once your team settles on a name, I'll get your spreadsheet set up so then you can get your spins and start planning.
I'm watching the threads, so just change your thread name once you decide :)

With majority rule we are Absolutely Not the Protagonists! Hope everyone is ready things are going to be moving fast.
We need to decide what is our wheels we want. Since we can have five spin we each can choose a wheel to spin from dulplicates from the same wheel would be nice but not needy. I would like to do holiday monster
We can do 1 spins from 5 different monster categories, or 2 or more for up to 5 spins from multiple lists. My suggestions:
- Greek Monsters - this is the only lists that includes books between 300 and 349 pages.
- Urban Legends
- Fictional Human Monsters
- Dr. Who
Here's your team spreadsheet:

Request access through the spreadsheet and you'll get editing rights. Also once one of your teammates gets access they can grant access by adding emails if you are comfortable sharing them over PM until that feature disappears.
Happy Hunting!

Here’s our spin results For Absolutely Not the Protagonists:
Holiday - Mari Lwyd (Wales)
Bad romance - John Willoughby and Marianne Dashwood (Sense and Sensibility)
Greek Monster - Argus
Dr. Who - Autons
Fictional Humans - Mr Burns (The Simpsons)
Each book only goes to one monster but they can take as many tasks as can fit. So each monster can be one book up to five books for the different tasks.

- 200 to 299 pages
- Text - "mannequin"
- Title starts with a letter in ECCLESTON
All for the Dr Who monster.
Do we want to say or claim what tasks we can do?If we claim them on the spreadsheet, it'd be easier for all of us to see what tasks are available.
Also, if we read books that can claim 2+ tasks per monster, we'd be more effective in taking the monsters out.
Thoughts?

Team Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...
Completion points per monster by Wheel:
◈ Greek, Asian, Urban Legends and Fictional Humans – 20 points per monster
◈ Dr. Who, Vegi-might, Discworld and Holiday – 30 points per monster
◈ Bad Romance, Overly Specific and World Villains -40 points per monster
Reminder: Books can be used to complete more than one task, but only for the same monster. If you can find a single book that meets all five tasks, congratulations, you defeated the monster with just one book.
