What's for Dinner? -Sometimes that can be a dreadful question everyday. Yet and still rather it's take out or cooking in, we will make and take time to eat. But what truly satisfies is the Word of God and too often we let our Bible sit on the shelf. The spiritual food that we need just as much as the meals we put on the table. Spiritual food refers to nourishment for the soul, providing inner strength, maturity, guidance and connection with God. So, let us commit ourselves to the Word of God. The Bible.
When I discovered your words, I devoured them. They are my joy and my heart’s delight, for I bear your name, O LORD God of Heaven’s Armies. -Jeremiah 15:16 God blesses those who hunger and thirst for justice, for they will be satisfied. -Matthew 5:6 Like newborn babies, you must crave pure spiritual milk so that you will grow into a full experience of salvation. Cry out for this nourishment. -1 Peter 2:2
