Harlequin Presents Readers discussion

Hello. I'm new and read Hp books as a teen and have just picked up a couple of new ones. I'm interested in finding an old book - can't remember the author or title. It was unconventional. Set in London. The heroine was hilarious and took a box of candy to the opera and spilled it, wore funky tights and other outrageous clothing. Hero was uptight. It was one of the funniest I've read.
