I will for sure, but I read in the FAQ that it can be added later. I'd like to get my ARC copies out to readers, but don't want to do so until I have the book up on Goodreads.

Being an author, and having a GR author profile, you are able to add your authored books yourself, without the need of a librarian.

Have you tried doing so? Have you experienced any problem trying to do it?
