Chloe | 6 comments Hi all,

I'm Chloë - nice to meet you. I'm just starting out in the ARC + beta reading world. My studies have often kept me close to literary fiction, but I also enjoy crime/thriller, horror, historic and book club types! I'm looking to add to my repertoire and I'd love to be of some help. Shout if you're looking for an ARC reader!

Also, I do offer beta reading and proofreading (for free as my priority is currently portfolio building). I am experienced in thinking and writing critically about texts. As a confident, quick and articulate reader, I would offer honest, useful and actionable feedback.

I can offer proofreading of all genres. I offer corrections on grammar, punctuation, transposition and formatting errors. I am a member of the CIEP and have proofreading certifications.

Please email me on: chloe.seymour.31@gmail.com to discuss ARC, beta reads or proofreading. As I said, all free at the moment! I'd be happy to show certifications and samples of my work.

Tasos Georgiou | 69 comments Hi Chloë! Nice to meet you. I'm a debut indie author and I just released my first children's book, 'One of a Kind Creatures.' 🦁🦒🦅

Although you usually lean towards literary fiction, this is a very short, heartwarming story about inclusion and self-esteem. I’d love to have a 'confident and critical' reader like you take a look! Since you're building your portfolio, I'd be more than happy to provide you with an ARC copy for an honest review.

Let me know if you'd be interested in a quick, meaningful read!

Hi Tasos,

Thanks for reaching out. More than happy to check this out. In a former life I worked in education spending a lot of time encouraging reading so I do have some relevant experience! Please send a link or feel free to send me an email.

Cheers,
Chloë

Mickey Stone | 1 comments Hello Chloë

I am looking for ARC readers for my Literary Fiction novel.

I am a fledgling author, building up reviews from actual readers.

Here is a synopsis:

When is a gift actually a challenge? Or burden?

A journey through clans, healing, scandal, sacrifice… and forgiveness.

In the shadows of ancient Highland rivalry and the quiet corners of American suburbia, one boy is born carrying a gift passed down through generations—a gift he never asked for and may never fully understand.

Hand of Belenos follows Duncan Graham as he navigates a life shaped by ancestral myth, modern sorrow, and small miracles that defy explanation. When tragedy strikes his closest friend, Duncan’s mysterious inheritance awakens—and so does the weight of his legacy.

Told across timelines and bloodlines, this is a story of loyalty tested, secrets kept, hearts healed, and the thin places between the sacred and the everyday.

If you’ve ever believed in something unseen—or wanted to—Hand of Belenos will speak to the part of you that still listens for echoes, the weight of extraordinary gifts, and what it means to answer when you're called.

Perfect for readers who loved THE GREEN MILE, KENT HARUF's PLAINSONG, and MARILYNNE ROBINSON's GILEAD.

Let me know if you'd like a link to my BookSirens account to get a free ePub of the book.

Thanks in advance!
