Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

My name is Tatiana. I am an Author PA. I have requested to join the group in order to be able to assist my authors in errors that may arise when they list their books on Goodreads. I have a client that currently has duplicate listings for the same book. I would like to be able to resolve this issue for them and any issues that may arise in the future. I was under the impression that an individual could request to be a librarian in order to help clients in the future. Per my research, the request is sent automatically when you join the librarians group but so far I don't have the ability to fix her duplication. Is there a separate process I take to have access?
