Keiralika | 178 comments In this section on Hadith Qudsi (الحديث القدسي), the intention is simple and deliberate: the narrations will be presented as they are, without added commentary or interpretation. These sayings hold a unique place in Islamic tradition, conveying meanings from God in the words of the Prophet Mohammad, and carry a depth that often speaks differently to each heart depending on one’s inner state. Rather than framing the meaning in advance, this space invites readers to sit with the words directly, to reflect, to question, and to engage personally. Everyone is warmly encouraged to share their reflections, interpretations, or emotional responses, allowing the understanding of the text to unfold through collective contemplation rather than a single authoritative voice.

Keiralika | 178 comments On the authority of Abu Hurayrah, who said that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

“When Allah decreed the Creation He pledged Himself by writing in His book which is laid down with Him: My mercy prevails over my wrath.” (Hadith Qudsi — Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim; also reported by an-Nasa’i and Ibn Majah)

Keiralika | 178 comments On the authority of Abu Hurayrah, who said that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

“Allah the Exalted said: The son of Adam denied Me, and he had no right to do so; and he reviled Me, and he had no right to do so. As for his denying Me, it is his saying: ‘He will not remake me as He made me at first,’ whereas the initial creation is no easier for Me than bringing him back again. As for his reviling Me, it is his saying: ‘Allah has taken a son,’ while I am the One, the Eternal Refuge. I neither beget nor am begotten, and there is none comparable to Me.” (Hadith Qudsi — Sahih al-Bukhari; also reported by an-Nasa’i)

Keiralika | 178 comments On the authority of Zayd ibn Khalid al-Juhani, who said:

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) led us in the morning prayer at al-Hudaybiyah following rainfall during the night. When he finished, he turned to the people and said:

“Do you know what your Lord has said?”

They said: Allah and His Messenger know best. He said:

“This morning, one of My servants became a believer in Me and one a disbeliever. As for the one who said: ‘We have been given rain by the grace of Allah and His mercy,’ that one is a believer in Me and a disbeliever in the stars. But as for the one who said: ‘We have been given rain by such-and-such a star,’ that one is a disbeliever in Me and a believer in the stars.” (Hadith Qudsi — Sahih al-Bukhari; also reported by Malik and an-Nasa’i)

Allah the Almighty said:

“The son of Adam abuses Time, and I am Time; in My Hand are the night and the day.” (Hadith Qudsi — Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim)

Keiralika | 178 comments On the authority of Abu Hurayrah, who said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

Allah (glorified and exalted be He) said:

“I am so self-sufficient that I have no need for partners. Whoever performs an action in which he associates someone else with Me, I abandon him and his association.” (Hadith Qudsi — Sahih Muslim, also Ibn Majah)
