The book isn't available on Amazon anymore, just self-published.

We do not change paperback covers. If the ISBN remains the same you can add an alternate cover edition

It's an eBook, which I've now updated. Is it possible to change it? If not, please could you let me know how to add an alternate cover edition. Thank you.

If it is the ebook you have provided a link to the wrong edition in your original message

I don't see a standard ebook there. If it is the Kindle edition we will need a link to the Amazon listing

As mentioned, I took it off Amazon. It's now only available to access via my website. A couple of used copies are still being sold on Amazon by other sellers, but not me.

You have now changed the paperback edition to an ebook.
Please do not mess with listings in this way, now all the users who rated a paperback have an ebook showing on their shelves.

If it has been reissued with a new cover you will need to add a further edition for that cover.
