My BFF and her mom are reading these books right now, and they love them. But unfortunately they don't have internet on their computer.

I could get some of my other friends to come on here, but I don't know if they would comment that much.

I find nothing wrong with this group. But there is one problem...people are in this group but a lot of them haven't even posted one comment.

We need to do something about that. Or people are getting kicked out of SH.

I think we need to start a serious discussion about this on the !!ASSISTANT MOD & MODERATOR EYES ONLY!! discussion.

Would we have anything to talk about?

We need to figure something out about this people in the group, but not commenting at all.

Why do we only need to talk about it in the mod discussion?

Well,we don't want people who aren't EOW's or Apprentices to know that if they aren't commenting,they'll just be deleted..So,thats why..

... hardly anyone else comments....

Yeah. And there's Eric and Irishdophins sometimes too. I know they actually comment, because I talked to them over the message thingy.

If they don't comment anyway they're probably not even watching the discussions.

But we have to do something about this. And I already sent a message to everyone in the group. It hasn't done anything, so we have to take some action.

Should we send everyone another message telling everyone that the mods will take three people every week. You know, the people who aren't commenting.

Sounds like a good idea to me. If they don't comment they probably don't get on, and they won't even know they've been deleted anyway. At any rate, they've shown that they don't care enough for this series to express their opinions. The only downside to this is that we will have very few members. Already, there are only a couple people I know that regularly comment that aren't EOWs or Apprentices already. So maybe, at the same time, we can also implement a plan for advertising and getting more people to join. I think what we need are new members and fresh opinions.

You guys have great ideas.

But the moment you say 'delete'..what comes to my mind is...

Most people join groups to get to know what they're talking about. And,if they see that we have like 20 people, they'll think our group isn't good enough..


But,if that isn't true then I guess you guys are right,TAKE ACTION!!

But last time I sent a message, only a couple people wrote beck saying they would try a little harder.

But you know, I don't really know...

Maybe we could do some kind of contest...
And send an invitation to the people who arent commenting.

you guys deleted a guy [or girl!:], who had commented (like atleast 5 times).... but you guys havent deleted people who have *ZERO* comments! .....
so if you want delete the least amount of people possible, I say you delete only those who have *ZERO* comments ......
anyways its up for the MODS to decide! =)

A lot of group members have 0 comments. That's the problem...

An idea: Go to members, use the button thingy to sort them by who's last online, and e-mail one of the inactive members that's online, or was online a little while ago. Those people you can tell are on Goodreads, but don't bother with this group.

Like Sella - she was just online on Goodreads, but she's been a member since May and hasn't posted once.

Haha, I know Sella from a lot of Groups... So, that is a good idea.. I have a complaint.. I don't know, but it's a little boring in this group.. I was a member once but then I left and I rejoined. Yeah, it IS boring... Or, we could just delete some people who have zero comments..... and they. Oh, I dunno.

Well, Septimus Heap as a series really isn't that exciting. Idk. I think if a person doesn't have even a single comment, then they probably didn't even look at the group, they just joined because they wanted to be in a lot of groups of books they read. I mean, if you showed even a remote interest in a series group then you would at least post one message saying you're new or something. I bet they wouldn't care one bit if we deleted them. We already sent a warning message, didn't we? So it shouldn't come as a surprise to them.
