I read it years ago so I don't remember it well other than I liked it because is was so weird!!


I'm currently listening to Contemplation of a Crime: A Workplace Romantic Mystery of Deadly Games and Forced Proximity on an Island Retreat which is another quirky one! Author Susan Juby (from BC) writes the best oddball characters. This one throws together a climate activist, an internet troll, Freedom trucker, buddist monk, etc on a weekend retreat. Only a couple chapters in but the vastly different personalitities and mindsets is really intriguing so far.

And reading The Dry because it's been on my list for ages and some at bookclud recently mentioned it as favourite!
