Hooked on Books is looking for enthusiastic, creative individuals to join our moderator team! If you’ve ever had a fun idea for a challenge or wanted to contribute more to our community, now’s your chance.

As a moderator, you'll have:

🎯 The freedom to set your own schedule (we only ask that you check in a minimum of once a month)

📅 Flexibility to run challenges when it works best for you

💬 Support from a team that understands real life comes first.

🌱 New to challenge creation? No problem!
We offer a full training system to walk you through it all. You’ll learn how to create different types of challenges and discover the kinds you enjoy most.

✅ Important: To apply, you must be an active member of Hooked on Books. This doesn’t mean doing everything—but we do ask that you’re participating in something, whether it's a reading challenge, a readathon, or one of our fun engagement activities (like a bookish chat).

Absolutely! We’re always open to considering new moderators for Hooked on Books. While we’ve welcomed some wonderful new additions to the team recently, we also know that groups continue to grow and evolve over time. Having a strong, active mod team helps us keep events running smoothly and the community thriving.
