You know what I just read THE UNHONEYMOONERS and it is really good if you're into crazy and funny fanter, give it a try if that matches your taste
Mariana Zapata books is so good, its fast paced, funny and interesting - From Lukov with love, Kulti, The wall of winnipeg and me; they're all slowburn and addicting tbh
Hi! I love this genre so much that I had to write a romcom myself. Anyway, I think you should try with Ali Hazelwood, the humor in her books is amazing! You should definitely check them out.
If you like cringe humour in a romcom, then try Catfish Honeytrap by Camren Walker. It's about a dumped agoraphobic woman in London who gets revenge (there's a perfect romantic happy end)! https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

a few authors i’d really recommend:
chloe walsh (Chloe Walsh): her books are amazing but just a small warning that they deal with some heavier/sensitive topics, so definitely check the trigger warnings first. the romance and character development are sooo good though and the emotional payoff is huge.
liz tomforde (Liz Tomforde): if you like sports romance she’s one of my absolute favorites. each book focuses on a different sport so it never feels repetitive. my personal favorites are 'the right move' (The Right Move) and 'rewind it back' (Rewind It Back). and her newest book 'in her own league' (In Her Own League) is actually a spin-off from the main series and i loved it because the main characters are in their 30s and 40s, which is honestly so refreshing compared to most romances. the banter is great and her books also don’t really do the dramatic third-act breakup trope which i appreciate so much.
sarah adams (Sarah Adams): her books are a bit more on the YA / closed-door side, so there isn’t much spice, but the yearning and tension are incredible. if you like slow burn, cute banter, and really sweet romantic buildup, she’s perfect for that vibe.
those are the first three that came to mind but there are honestly sooo many good ones in this genre 🩷 if you want more recs (sports romance, fake dating, enemies to lovers, small town, etc.), i’d be happy to share more!!
