Read a book whose title starts with your assigned letter.

Simple.

Except… you don’t get to keep your letter unless you fight for it.

Between now and then:

👉 You may steal ONE letter from someone else.

How stealing works:
• You may steal once total
• You may only hold one letter at a time
• When you steal someone’s letter, they receive your current letter
• They may still use their own steal later if they haven’t used it yet

🗣️ To steal, comment using this format:

STEAL: [Your Name/Team] steals ___ from [Their Name/Team] and gives them ___

Example:
STEAL: Sally steals S from Anastasia and gives them R

If you don't do this exactly right, I might invalidate your steal and you'll lose it and you'll have to keep your current letter, so copy + paste IS YOUR FRIEND.

I will keep a running list (as best I can, depending on how frantic some of you steal) of current letters in a pinned comment so everyone can see what’s available and who is vulnerable.

At the end of the timer:
🔒 All letters are locked. What you hold is your fate.

That is your required starting letter for your March read.

No trades. No begging. No mercy.

• If you’re holding S, T, C, M, or A… you are a target. Good luck.
• If you’re holding Q, X, or Z… you are also a target, but for very different reasons.
• Waiting until the last day to steal? Risky. Bold. Potentially iconic.
