Two Author profiles with my same name

Ask support to merge you into the default profile. I don't know why they gave you an alternate.
Both those names are mine. However when I search Sheyanne Warren I only come up with the profile with no picture. The two books under the no profile picture are mine but it won't let me add it to my regular profile (under the Spied) book because it says my name is always claimed for the author profile, which it is but it's me. Both are me. The second one also has my pen name. Ashley Johnson on it. That can be deleted because I just made a new Ashley Johnson account and claimed an author profile to add those book there. Here I just need The Manifested Lie under the second profile that says Sheyanne Warren and the first one can be deleted bceause all of stuff is under the second one.
