Honestly, you are free to disregard my list now, as I'm going to read a bunch of my remaining ones next month and will nominate a couple on the nomination thread (since I want to finish this year and want space for Booker/Giller longlist books as they come out through to November).
I am very happy at this point to nominate rtw books as they pop up in my general other reading lists and read some of the ones other people nominate whether I've read the country before or not (and some of them I'm looking for a 'better book" going forward if I listed one by a UK/US author in that country but am hoping for a native writer for example).
Yes, like Amanda, I am always happy to read a good book or upgrade a country I have already read, with a native author. Here are my open countries:
Sao Tome and Principe - reading this month
Jordan - to read in September The True True Story of Raja the Gullible and The Bride of Amman
Kazakhstan
Liechtenstein
Madagascar
