Hi. Never done this. Might need some guidance. But, here goes. I’ve just completed a 104,000 word novel and am hoping someone might offer time to read it and offer feedback.

Titled Fear or Favor, my book might be considered an action thriller with politics and the media at the center of it all.

Otis Chandler, a college Republican, under the guidance of a high tech security firm’s “social impact”’recruiter, sets off explosions at two Republican political offices in Sacramento in a false flag operation intended to feed into a growing right wing echo chamber narrative of an “assassination culture” they say prevails among left wingers. The intent is to create chaos that would enable the Trump administration to clamp down on dissent.

Local celebrity TV reporter Jenny Jarvis relies on her close alliance with Republican sources to dismiss the false flag theory and perpetuate the “assassination culture” line. Elena Holmes, a reporter for a nonprofit news organization, digs deeper into the story and comes face to face with the real dangers of pursuing the truth in a burgeoning autocracy.

Hi Steve! This seems interesting. I am curious which way (if any) the book favors one political party over another before reading
