Hi, I made a request on 28 February for a book cover change. Could I get an idea of how long one might wait for an edit? I just want to check that my request has not been overlooked. It is a long list of similar requests and I understand that it might take a while or be easily missed.

It will be done when someone decides to do it. If you feel it has been overlooked and it's been a week or more, you can add a new response to bring it back to the top. Don't create more threads about it.

Hi Scott, thank you. It has been almost 2 weeks (12 days) but if that is quite normal then I am happy to wait.

That is not the norm. Usually, requests are handled the same day over there. The librarian that does most of the requests is quite diligent.

You're welcome. Can you please move both requests to the Archive folder? Also, amend the titles to let other librarians know that it has been handled.
