Are we allowed to work through the authors at any point, or do you have to complete all of the tasks before they are replaced in the Current Spotlight Authors?

Oh, you work through them at any point. I have no intention of removing any of them for a long while. If I were to decide to remove someone, you would have plenty of notice. I intend to grow the library. I started with 8, but I intend to add at least one new author every month. I want you to explore new authors and find new favorites. That is what Voices in the Spotlight is all about. There will be special spotlights here and there during the challenge as well. This isn't the whole challenge.

Does the Exploration Task have to be by that spotlight author?

Nope, those books can be by any author of your choice. Have fun with it. Enjoy the journey.
