I recommend this work of Dilgo Khyentse to all who have a foundation in Buddhist thought and want to take their understanding of the Mahayana to a deeper level. This work is Khyentse Rinpoche's commentary on the Original work 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva by Gyalse Ngulchu Thogme (1295-1369). Just the editors introduction to the author is worth the cost of the book as we gain so much insight into the life and practice of a traditional Tibetan Terton. Then we get all the value added by Khyentse Rinpoche's commentary.
