A huge thank you to everyone who joined in with our May Readathon! Whether you read one page or several books, every contribution helped make the event a success.
As usual, I'll give everyone a few days to get their final pages, books and audiobooks tallied up before I calculate our overall total. If you haven't submitted your figures yet, there's still plenty of time to do so.
Thank you all for taking part, cheering each other on, and making the readathon such a fun and supportive experience. I can't wait to see what our final numbers look like!
I'll be back soon with the grand total. 📖✨

In the May 2026 Read-a-thon thread, you will post your progress, telling everyone what you're reading and how many pages. Then all readers' totals will be tallied throughout the week to reach the goal of 10,000 pages.
This is a relaxed read-a-thon; it doesn't matter if you read 20 pages or 100. It also doesn't matter if we reach our goal—it's just about having fun doing what you would normally be doing anyway.
Once the May Read-a-thon thread is posted/unlocked, make sure to put your name on the thread if you would like to be included. If you simply stumble onto the thread, then please, join in!
* An easy way to keep track is by using the Currently Reading feature on Goodreads, entering your page number at the end of each day.
** For those who read by eReader, take the page number which shows for paperback/hardcover on Goodreads for your total. Calculate by percentage to work out your page number read.
*** For audio listeners, check how many pages the book has on Goodreads, then divide that number by how many CDs or hours it is to give you an idea of pages per time. You can also use AI chat bots, if you feel comfortable, to help calculate your estimated pages. Don’t forget to post your totals—daily or full month’s tally—on the thread.
