Kiani walked out of mess hall, it was raining. She put up her hood and ran under a tree.

James sat down by the lake bed. He played with the wet soil and the rain drops.

(Yes! The rain is finally here.) Haku sighed as she took out a rock from under her bed and held it there. It was cold. (Is this how my heart feels?) She asked herself. She decided not t throw it out the door, but instead to put it back and check on it every day.

Shane walked around in his clothes and was getting rained on. He saw a girl under a tree. He had his backpack on him with an umbrella. He walked over to her, "Excuse me, would you like an umbrella? I don't need it."

Jean walked into the camp and checked in with the office and started heading to her cabin.

Haku got dressed and jumped out of the door. "Here I am, now where are you, you freaking fish!" She had always yelled that to her sister back home, that is when they still lived together.

Jean heard someone say that and saw a girl.

Haku just fell down right there and started to tear up. She didn't cry about her lost sister, but when she tried to get up from the ground, she couldn't move. She also wasn't going to yell for help. Like she needed it.

Kean ran over to her,"Are you ok?" She asked.

((sry,I have to go...BYE!!!))

((lol, Kean? Aww, byee Athena!)) Haku looked up at her and then closed her eyes, "Fine thanks. You can go on now if you want, so you can live a normal life anyways." Haku was almost shocked at her own bitterness but did not stop to show it.

Shane had been walking around the camp for a while when it was raining, he and his cousin Haku loved the rain. But when he had offered the girl the umbrella, he wanted to ask her another question. "Erm, excuse me. But what is your name?" ((F.Y.I, Shane is talking to Kiani.))

((uhg sry...I mean Jean...))

"ok..." She said and walked away.

((lol, I know.)) Haku quickly got up and then ran up to the girl. She grabbed her wrist. "Hey. My name is Haku. What's yours?" She had mud on the side of her face still, but she intended to get her name first.

"Jean."She said."Nice to meet you."

"Ah, hm. Nice to meet you too, Jean." She took her own shirt sleeve and wiped off the mud. "Soo, uhh, why are you here Jean?" Haku was starting to like Jean, she was nice and she was probably the kinda person who gets stuff done fast.

"Umm.. I'm fine... I'm Kiani, you are?" she asked.

"I like your name, Kiani. My name is Shane. Are you sure that you don't want it? I know I am drenched, but I just love getting wet in the rain." He smiled at her with his most charming smile. ((lol))

"Thanks,yours is cool too, but ummm....no you can keep your umbrella, thanks for the offer," she blushed,embarrassing herself in front of yet,another guy.

"Thanks. So, umm." He paused for a second. "I-I think you are very beautiful Kiani." He turned red and scratched the back of his neck.

Kiani blushed "Really? Well you are pretty hot yourself."

Shane's eyes widened and he looked over at the flagpole. "Have you not noticed that about yourself Kiani? And thank you." He smiled at her and shifted where he was.

Kiani stared at him "Thanks and your welcome," she giggled.

Shane looked up at Kiani and me her eyes. "Can I sit next to you?" He said as he nodded towards the low tree branch next to Kiani.

She nodded and scooted over a little.

"Thanks Kiani." when he sat down a big fat drop of water landed on his forehead. "Ah! shoot. Hah hah!" He started to laugh, and then got out a circular tin from his back pack.

Kiani watched with curiousity,laughing quietly.

He put his bag on a dry spot of the ground and opened the tin. "Hey, you want a cookie or a cupcake? I made them this morning."

She nodded "Sure."

He smiled aand held the open tin to her.

She grabbed a chocolate chip one and took a small bite "MMMM."

"I know, I know. Hold your applause. I am just kidding." He said through laughs.

She clapped lightly "Yay!!"

Shane laughed harder. He closed the tin and put it in his bag. He gingerly rested his hand on her leg.

She blushed lightly, and took another bite.

He swung his legs and then twisted them around hers.

Kiani smiled and kissed him lightly.

Shane turned red.

Kiani pulled back and looked the other way.

((lol, sry)) "Hh, I'm sry. Do you like the rain? I love it afterwards when it isn't sunny yet. The smell of the earth is awesome."

She looked back at him slightly "Yeah it's nice."

"I feel really calm in the rain. I gives me peace. As if the angels who are crying onto me are handing me bliss." Shane said through a sigh.

"Wow,I've never thought about it that way," Kiani said smiling.

((what's funny is I actually told my boyfriend that one day after I got home in the rain. I didn't get it from anywhere either...weird)) Shane looked over at her with a charming smile and said, "Of course not Kiani..." he paused and then said through hysterical laughs, "I'm--- just kidd--just kidding Kiani!"

((awkward))

She giggled and her giggle turned into a laugh " i...love you....your laugh."

((lol)) Shane changed his smile into a smirk. "Kiani, are you sure you don't love, me?" He said with a laugh.

She frowned "Never said I didn't."

"Never said you did either. Doesn't mean I can't have feelings for you either." He said as he looked up into the tree.

She followed his gaze "Never said you couldn't."

((lol)) "Never said I did either." He paused to wait for a reaction. "But then again...doesn't mean I don't." He said as he looked back at her into her eyes.

She stared into his eyes "Doesn't mean I don't either."
