Get Honest Book Reviews without Review Swaps discussion

I went to boost my listing and I get this. No where on the site is there information on what a top 3 reviewer is or what an extra boost is.

You must be a top 3 reviewer, have referred at least one author last month, or use an extra boost to boost your review

Each month, as you read & post reviews, the recipient authors can give your review a "like." The readers with the most likes get listed as the top 3 (see those 3 little trophy ribbons across the top of the "read book" page?).

If you're not in the top 3, you can still get the ability to boost your reviews by referring a new member via your referral code.
