Hey everyone! So I want to bring this group back and thought I’d take 2 moderators. I will include what I want in an application. I will be accepting applications after Friday, April 17th, a vote will be held April 18th-April 19th to see who are new moderators will be. Sorry for the typos in the message I sent out! I will be taking 2 moderators and each moderator will have a different job. I need 2 moderators to help me out when I’m not available, I will be picky. Depending on how many people apply, I will take 2 per role and it will be sent to a poll for the final vote. I will be picky when it comes to choosing the final candidates on the ‘ballot’ because I want the best fits possible.

Mood Monitor: this moderator will be in charge of keeping everyone involved. They will keep games going, make new games and keep the mood up. Helping with ideas for monthly themes, weekly challenges, writing prompts and group readings.

Organization Operator: this moderator will be in charge of keeping folders and topics organized. They will help create new topics/folders. Helping with ways to better engage members and keep the group active. Making sure all members have an easy time nativity the group.

Online every morning for a bit and then longer in the afternoons
Best cuz I love admin tasks and i can also get quite creative with them
I would make sure everything in the group is orderly and easy to understand and navigate, i would also help come up with things we can do within the group
5 leadership - same as the qualities one but i have been team leader of multiple contests

Lemme see real quick, Flourishing Friends, Rooted Together, Reading in the Moonlight, I think that's all? Not many!

I'm on every day! From at least 9am-4pm and sometimes on the weekends!

Explain why you would be best for preferred moderator role:
I enjoy keeping everything on track, and I enjoy listening and helping others.

What would you bring to the group as a preferred moderator role?:
I keep track on the language making sure that no one speaks in a random topic or any language that shouldn't be used. I don't have favorites for the members and I try to be as kind as possible with the rules!

Top 5 leadership qualities or qualifications:
Consistency; If anyone is needing help or saying something that isn't supposed to be in, I'll quietly let them know,
Empathy; I feel saddened to joyful for everyone, I don't hate, and I try to help them as best as I can.
Reliability; I try to be on every hour and make sure that everything is in check and that there aren't any new things that I need to know.
Mentorship; If there's someone new, I try to help them and I enjoy taking to everyone and helping them find their ways and if they need help I try to help as best as I can!
Teamwork; I try to work with other mods and ask for help when I don't understand something and I try to help them if they need it as well!
Accountability (The MOST important one of all); If I make a mistake, I will let everyone know, and try to make it right. I keep people in line and enjoy watching as everyone grows better.
