A few quick clarifications to get started:

How do I begin?
Once your thread is set up, confirm your selected tier (Excerpt, Edition, or Archive) if needed, then check in when you're ready to begin.

Chapter 1 will be provided when the challenge begins.

How do partners move through the challenge?
Both partners each complete a task for each Chapter, post in their thread, and check in together before receiving the next Chapter.

How do I check in?
Post in the Check-Ins & Completions thread with the required link(s). Solo players post one link; partners post both.

Do we have to discuss our books?
No—communication is optional. Some teams will chat often, while others may keep things simple.

What if I’m unsure about a task?
Use your best judgment based on your interpretation of the task. If you're unsure, feel free to ask here.

How should I reference a Chapter when asking a question?
Please include the Chapter title (and number if you’d like) so it’s easy to identify, as Chapter numbers may vary between tiers.

How many books do I need to read?
One book per Chapter.
Each Chapter offers multiple tasks, but you only choose one.

What does a completion post in our thread look like?
Chapter # and Title: (Example: #1 - Bridge & Flow)

Just some clarification about total overall commitment.

In excerpt does a chapter consist of 3 tasks (beginning, shift, end) resulting in a possible total of 39 books (3 tasks x13 chapters)?

So expanding on this then Edition will be 186 books and Archive 282?

Or the number of chapters will be the number of books?

Or am I completely off the radar?

Just trying to work out my commitment

Each chapter (round) has a list of 5 tasks and you choose 1. If partnering, you'd each choose 1 but they would need to be different. So, the 3 tiers = total number of books (13, 62, 94).

For this challenge, yes.

I'm a little confused... I believe this starts on 6-May but I'm seeing completion posts already? Can you clarify the timing?

The official start date is May 6.

Some players who checked in early were given the option to begin ahead of time, but this is completely optional. There’s no expectation to start early, and you won’t be behind if you wait until May 6.

This is not a question but I NEED to tell you something...
I was born so close from Paris, France, that I could *walk* there, and I've spent most of my 30 first years there, alright ? I *didn't* know there were no STOP signals in the city !!!! So, thank you for teaching me stuff about my hometown :) :) :) :) :)
