Anne Bennett (headfullofbooks) | 7 comments I've finished two books so far, one I had actually started before the event: Theo of Golden (Love it!) and a children's book: God's Great Idea (Love it, too) Now I turn my attention to two more books I've already started and hope to finish within the hour. Off to continue reading.

The Widow's Husband's Secret Lie by Freida McFadden The Widow's Husband's Secret Lie

A novella. PERFECT for a read a thon.
It is by Freida McFadden who has been very popular the last few years.
This was the funniest book ever. She wrote a mystery poking fun at people like her who write over the top books with a twist.
I loved it!

Katherine Hayward Pérez | 89 comments I finished Coming Home to Mahone Bay (Harborlights Seasons Book One): A Sweet, Small-Town Romance Coming Home to Mahone Bay (Harborlights Seasons Book One) A Sweet, Small-Town Romance by Sylvia Price It’s the first in a series. I didn’t think it was as good as the series prequel. I also finished The Love We Find: (Lighthouse Landing - Book 3) Women's Fiction Beach Romance The Love We Find (Lighthouse Landing - Book 3) Women's Fiction Beach Romance by Megan Jacobs and I liked it. It’s book 3 in a series and I like the series so far.

Ann, this is on my list this year. I committed to it as a sort of challenge. If you and my GR friend challenging me can get through it, I have hope I can too 😀
