I own a book holder which I never use. It is saved in a drawer and I keep forgetting it is there.
I have two reading lamps which I use a lot, either on trips or whenever I wake up at 3am…
I got a page holder from a friend but, for a long time I didn’t even know what it was as I had never seen one… LOL! Anyway, I keep forgetting it exists too…

Ehh, what is a page holder?
I own several reading lamps but that’s about it I think…

A page holder is something where you put your finger and helps you hold the page. When I got it I thought it was a new type of fidget spinner…
I have a "Flippy", a pillow shaped to nicely hold a tablet or e-reader in bed. I highly recommend it!

Love the name!
I’m thinking of buying a holder that you place on the floor or attach to your bed.

Kindle holder and Kindle lap table and Kindle page turner. I also have a book seat for bigger physical books.
Oh yes, I bought one of those loading stations with my last kindle paperwhite. What a waste of space. Used it a few times and then stuck it in a cupboard, never to be used again.

I have physical disabilities and can't hold books. I'm also visually impaired. I use IPad VoiceOver and the Kindle app. Pages turn automatically.VoiceOver reads everything on the screen out and turns pages. It's great. However, I notice that VoiceOver does'nt work well with a regular PDF. Different things happen: it either doesn't recognize the file and will be silent, or will read menus. Or, it'll jump round the file reading random stuff even though the Kindle app is updated. I review many books for NetGalley and other sites and always have to let publishers know about this. There's a book stand called a Book Chair and I've had several in my life. They can be used for books, but I use mine as an iPad stand. I also had some plastic page holders that are molded and go round a book to hold the pages open. I got these two things from an occupational therapist, but they were also sold on websites selling adaptive products.

I'm in a power wheelchair, so I wonder if the lap table would be useful for me. I don't have a Kindle. I have the Kindle iPad app. I can't turn book pages or hold books.

@Katherine, I use my bookchair as an iPad stand as well. It works very well. The problem with pdfs is that they can be saved with different settings. Some allow text recognition and copying, others don‘t. We have that problem at work, where we use robotic process automation to read Pdfs and extract data.
