How many books have you read this year? What was your favorite book so far?

I have read 35 books this year and really enjoyed
Keeper of Lost Children

the most.

My favorite books I've read so far this year:
James
The Lion Women of Tehran
Ducks: Two Years in the Oil Sands
Emily Wilde's Encyclopaedia of Faeries

Goodreads says I have read 35 books so far. I think that counting books is a bit pointless though. My list has novelettes/novellas/novels from 53 to 1058 pages.
Counting pages is not much better due to wildly different page layouts. I guess the most accurate would be word counts. Sounds a bit scary though.

I have read 20 books so far this year. I haven't had any 5 star reads yet, but some 4 star ones are:

I've read 19 so far. Not sure if I have a favorite, but a few solid 4-stars are:

I've read 102 and I loved Turn Off the Light!

It looks like a good reading year already.
