I thought this was excellent. It’s a quick read, but the story and its themes stay with you long afterward. Bill Furlong is such a quietly compelling character, and I loved how Claire Keegan conveyed so much emotion and meaning in so few pages. A beautiful, thoughtful novella that proves you don’t need a long book to make a lasting impact. 📚❤️
