Amanda Dawn | 364 comments Wild that is is June already. After looking at the spreadsheet I noticed a few of us still need a Congo (not DRC) read so I'll put forward: Brazzaville Beach.

I was going to wait and see if any nomination from me was needed, but ...

I nominate Little Boys Come from the Stars by Emmanuel Dongala
Author born in Republic of Congo, setting same place.

Brazzaville Beach can be used for 2 different countries:
Author born in Ghana
Setting in Republic of Congo

May 5th will be last day for nominations. If you’ve got one on your mind, please add it!

K (billielitetiger) | 81 comments Well, a few more hours left in 5 May, but a suggestion? Skip the voting & proclaim the 2 winners. I know, undemocratic, but I will work vs. a dictatorship, lol.

😄😄. Thanks for the hearty chuckle. That was my plan if I didn't hear from anyone else, since, well, we pick the two highest votes anyway. Thanks for validating!
