The book covers for both hardback and paperback editions are incorrect (Kindle is correct). I'm linking to the Amazon listings with the correct cover images:

The paperback already has ratings with the existing cover, has an ARC been issued? What format and with which cover?

Yes, an ARC of the hardback (and some ePub ARCs) went out some weeks ago, all with the same cover that's showing on Amazon. The covers that are showing on Goodreads have never been issued anywhere.
