I have the book Misery by Stephen King on my shelf, and for some reason, it's showing up as being published earlier than books first published in previous centuries when I sort my shelves by date. I asked for help with this in the standard book/author issue folder, but the librarian who took a look at the thread had no luck with it. Does anybody here have further input on this issue and whether there's a way to correct it? Asking here before I go to Support because generally speaking I trust the actual librarians to correct book errors more than I do support.

Yesterday someone already removed the date and re-added it. So if that didn't solve it, I have no other ideas to try.

Previously when I noticed the same problem on my shelf, another librarian told me that the issue was there was a space present before the date, and that's what caused the ordering error. I suggested removing and re-adding it to see if that fixed the problem, but no luck.
