Why is it so hard to get readers to rate a book? I even tried the book giveaway, sending out 20 free books to readers who Goodreads asked to review the book. That was weeks ago. So far, nada! Very disappointing. It cost a fair amount of $$ to purchase 20 books and then ship them to readers. It seems to be a small thing to ask for a review from them in return.
