Miss Abigail Langsley: sweet as an angel, very popular among high society. She is not strikingly pretty, but her strawberry-blonde ringlets and clear blue eyes grow on people.

Miss Clementine Langsley: bold, flirtatious, lively, and not easily embarrassed. She has a sharp temper but a friendly manner, and has auburn hair with green eyes.

Miss Belle Langsley: quiet, wishful, intelligent. Her shy manner and sweet beauty earn much curiosity. She has dark hair and thoughtful blue eyes.
