"Hello Zahraas, thank you so much for inviting me to join the 'group reading'. I have just started reading 'The Mammoth Hunters' by Jean M. Auel, and it is a truly amazing book so far! I look forward to sharing my impressions with you all."
Hi π Thank you for inviting me to the group. Iβm currently reading 3 books at the moment - The Family Farm by Fiona Palmer, Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen and Lady Audleyβs Secret by Mary Elizabeth Braddon. What are you reading?

Welcome! It's truly wonderful to see your passion for reading so many books at once, but which of the three books would you recommend?

Are you focusing more on the historical, almost mystical side of it, or its scientific and industrial aspects? Iβm curious to know what specifically sparked your interest in reading about it."

I have to admit, I had a bit of a misunderstanding about the book earlier! When I saw the title 'Quicksilver' and the chemistry elements involved, my mind immediately went to alchemy and history. It's actually really clever how it ties into such an intense romance instead. I completely understand now why it's so captivating, and the way you see the romantic side of it makes total sense. It's a very smart choice for a read!"

I'm currently reading the first pages of the book, and from the very beginning, the story seems truly wonderful in terms of both the narrative and the plot.

I just started βSomewhere Beyond the Seaβ- Tj Klune itβs the second book and final in a YA fantasy series and Iβve loved it so far, it focuses on magical creatures and humans trying to control them. Very much like βFantastic Beastsβ in vibes

Hello Zahraas, thank you for the invite. I'm currently reading The Night Swim by Megan Goldin. I've been in a bit of a craving for murder thrillers recently and have binged One of Us is Lying series. I saw that you're currently reading Quicksilver? How is it for you? I found the beginning of it dull but by the halfway mark I was enjoying it immensely!
yup the first chapters were harder to read
now i am at the chapter 11
it's getting better
but i heard the story won't finish with the first book right ??

Hello!
Thank you for adding me to the group. Iβm currently reading Yesteryear. Iβm about half way through. Iβm not sure how I feel about it yet. It definitely is different from other books Iβve read.

Hi Zahraas!!Thank you so much for the invite!!
I'm currently reading Caraval and I really like it so far!!
Hello Zahraas, that sounds like an interesting choice! I'm curious to know what drew you to Nocticadia in particular? Have you read it before? As an author and reader myself, I always enjoy sharing my reading experiences with others, and I love exchanging opinions on stories that interest us both.
I was reading R.L. Stine's work this morning and was truly impressed by his unique imagination and ability to craft unforgettable stories. His works are clearly childhood classics for many, especially readers in the United States who grew up reading his stories. As both a writer and a reader, I find his storytelling very engaging and intriguing. Has anyone here read his books? What are your memories of them, and do you think they still hold their charm? I look forward to hearing your thoughts and starting a discussion about this brilliant author!
