I think you were suppose to put Gaia as the "Titan"

I followed the instructions from the signup thread:

Step 2 — Choose Your Titan

Looking at the other posts, the "Your Name" is the Titan name

I am so impressed that you were able to read a 1000+ page book in a day! My average pages per day is a bit down right now compared to last year due to some new job requirements. Mostly just wanted to check in and say I'm still here and reading.

I had insomnia that night. I started about 12:30, that is the only reason I finished. I am really not understanding this game. Just reading and logging..LOL

I totally get reading when you have insomnia. I do that as well when my neighbors wake me up in the middle of the night.

Dede responded to me. She will check in here in the morning. She is working on finding a smite book. She didn't realized she was smited right away since she was offline for the weekend.

Where do I post the smite book? And, one more question, do I read the whole book or just 30 pages of one out of my comfort zone?

We only need to post in the roll call thread but we can post in here also. I can start doing that as well if you would like.

I saw one place, you had to read the whole book and in another place 30 pages. I actually read the whole book, so I'll post it soon.

Yes, there are two options for the smite. You can read a book that is out of your comfort zone OR you can read from the Smite pool. You have to roll the dice for the smite pool but they are shorter items. They take less time but you don't choose. It is a chance item.

If you read from the Smite pool, you only need to read the 30 pages and turn it in because you can save the book for your next smite. You don't get page points or tokens for smite books. Just list the title/author and pages read.

Had you rolled the dice for the smite pool, you may have gotten off light and only had to make a dramatic post. #6 was 👑 Make a dramatic “curse-breaking” post in character.

1 🔥 Read 50 pages before earning points
2 🌊 Read for 60 minutes in one session
3 🌑 Read outside your usual genre for at least 30 pages
4 🗿 Resume a previously started book for 30 pages
5 ⚡ Declare your next read publicly before starting it
6 👑 Make a dramatic “curse-breaking” post in character

I posted 3 books. I have been binge reading fantasy books about farming lately.

Dede.... It is becoming noticeable to me that you might not understand domain matching.

Let me break it down for you


Your chosen domain is

🔥 Hyperion — Light & Fire
Power Source:
⭐Fire / sun / desert / heat
⭐Bright covers (yellow, orange, gold)
⭐Action-heavy plots


so when you read books if the book fit any of the above categories (just one)

It is considered a DOMAIN MATCH - simple

If your book fits 2 or more of those categories, then it is a PERFECT MATCH

That's it. Not complicated. As long as you can explain how it fits, I won't argue with you.
