1 The Author is NOT Jearl Walker.
In fact there are 2 authors
Elaine Walker and Steve Elsworth
as it can be seen here

2. On the book there iis 1994. But the GR entry shows 1996


Also, it should be merged with this later edition (Pearson-Longman)
