hey! could anyone help with a template or ideas. not daily or weekly, just something i can fill whenever i can. like i can fill it 2-3 times in one day or even only 3 times in a month based on my mood ? it should just reflect my day or the past few hours of my day??

did a good productive art class today :) i FINALLY figured how to make an aesthetic review *hoorah*

My grandpa is really sick

I’m supposed to be on holiday in china next week, but my grandpa became unwell. this happens often, he falls or becomes weak, but this time it’s worse. he just came home from the hospital, but he lives in a different city than me so we may have to go visit instead of going to china. he’s kinda old and i’m rlly worried. the doctors gave him blood but he isn’t eating or taking his medicine. i’m rlly scared. usually when stuff like this happens i care but not so much, i usually continue with my life. but right now…. i dont feel so great about it.

anyways i had a pretty good day today, need to decrease my screen time a bit but otherwise fine. i need to decrease the screen time. and once i sort out eveyrhting like my bio and reviews on goodreads i will spend less screen time here. as well as on messages,

i hope my grandpa gets better because i want him to be well, i want my family to be less stressed, and i hope we get to go on our trip

im rlly grateful for my art, because i see ppl around me struggling but i think having skills and a passion for art rlly helps. its very therapeutic and has honestly helped me get through a lot of things.

my parents had a huge fight
i don’t even feel like eating so didn’t have breakfast
they just ruined my whole day
and grandpa is not better we are almost sure about cancelling china trip. what a depressing summer holiday. that’s why i’m starting journaling, because there is so much going on rn i need an escape. gonna listen to my audiobook (what happens are midnight) and just journal. even though im a perfectionist (don’t have ocd but have some of the traits of it) i will try not to rip out the page every time i don’t like it uugh

I think i will keep this as a summer journal? in august, when my school starts, it’s better if this goes to the retirement section, but i might as well fill this up with writings about eveyrhting during my holidays before then.

my parents have stopped fighting. im rlly bummed out about the china trip. not jsut cuz my grandpa is sick, but because he never takes his medicine or excercises or tries to get better. if he tried maybe he would become fine and we could go on our trip, instead the whole summer break seems to be gloomy and miserable.

started a journal. idk. feeling lost. i think, that if i got to go to china, before my new school starts and i rlly need to focus, it would be good for me. i need this getaway with just me and my parents. no one else. please.

i’m praying that i get to go. supposed to leave on monday 🫤 i don’t see that happening but still. i got into the school i wanted to and i worked really hard and made a lot of sacrifices now before i need to work harder at school at least give me the break i deserve and worked hard for.

umm we went to a temple today and i am not trying to be rude or disrespectful or offensive towards anyone but i just got a lil freaked out. usually i get positive vibes and love temples but the one we went to made me feel very uncomfortable there were a bunch of ppl there who made me feel very uncomfortable and it was super dark and i just hated it. so ya ummmmm
this is another random thought but i dunno im not sure if i beleive in god, as in im taught to believe in god. whenever i pray im always blessed so yes i beleive in god actually i meant i don’t believe in certain stereotypes part of my religion and sometimes i think we just need more practical modern beliefs and im a lil tired of ppl always saying “back in my day we never had phones” WHEN THAT LITERAL PERSON USES THEIR PHONE 24/7 or similar instances it just pisses me off.

i sort of fasted today because i didn’t eat breakfast (it happened to be a special fasting day or smthing today) (and in my culture fasting isn’t always avoiding food it’s different things). this fast was avoiding grains so i skipped brekkie, had a light grain free lunch and a singular mini potato for dinner alone with a small slice of mango SO IM HONESTLY VERY PROUD OF MYSELF WOW I DID THAT. GOOD JOB. it made me feel rlly good

Well if it was for religion, then I get it, but don’t starve yourself regularly, or limit your eating habits!! Ily

thanks liv :) don’t worry i wasn’t forced to fast i did it by choice. and it was still allowing some food. it makes me feel much better and my parents would have allowed me to eat regularly if i felt off. it is only once a while don’t worry :) thanks for checking

yup. i’m not going. my parents didn’t tell me if they cancelled the china tickets, but i don’t even wanna ask. what’s the point. i already practically know the answer. no. instead they are planning my dads flight to my grandparents city. my mum and i will fly a few days later. we are going to see them and no vacation for me. time to go to a miserable household whew everyone is too busy looking after my grandpa while i just pray he gets better. there’s some chance that if he gets better we may go on a holiday next month. but who knows cuz i certainly do not. why. why. why
stuck in a reading slump. no access to a library to get those addictive books that get you through the holidays. what happens after midnight is a simple audiobook but wasn’t the book i’m looking for. my art is the only thing rescuing me and my sanity. art is my place. where my parents don’t understand anything and it’s just me and that calming audiobook. and that’s what’s saving me.
