The link is to the publisher's website. It's the only place the book is for sale. The author is a journalist with the Fargo Forum in ND. I took a picture of the book on that web site. I can take pictures of the actual book as well if that's necessary. Please let me know what might work. And also please let me know how to attach pictures. I don't see that option as I am replying to you.
