R.A. Salvatore is an amazing author. You should all check out his books. They are in an amazing fantasy setting, and there are some dragons involved :)
Haven't read R.A. Salvatore - heard of him, though. I like Tamora Pierce - has anyone read Beka Cooper? And Graceling by Kristen Cashore is pretty good, though not my favorite.
My three favorite authors are Megan Whalen Turner (The Thief, The Queen of Attolia, The King of Attolia), Jonathan Stroud (The Bartimaeus Trilogy) and Sherwood Smith (Crown Duel, among others. Everything I've read of hers is awesome).

I read Graceling and liked it. I also read the Wren Trilogy that Sherwood Smith wrote, those books were good too. I'm pretty sure Crown Duel is in my to read shelf.
There are so many books out there... the fantasy genre is definitely growing! It has so much potential :)
i have never heard of most of those. and i read a lot. i booked as a to-read a lot of tamora pierce

Hopefully someday we will all be successful in whatever we wish to achieve in life. Because that is the most important thing. Never let anybody hinder your potential.
:) I just dislike it when people doubt themselves and think that they are not good enough for something. Well you never know until you TRY! Write a story, even if it's not complete. Just being able to get your thoughts down in a complete sentence is a miracle, and it can only improve from there!
That definitely counts! Good job and keep it going!
Hey even doing 1 or 2 PAGES per week is a success! Just don't give in to your writer's block! Bring a notepad around with you; you'll never know when the inspiration comes to you! Just keep your eyes fixed on the goal :)
I know that as well. Being busy does take a lot of time away from writing :( Which is why carrying a notepad with you is a good idea! You might be sitting in class or in the car and you will think of something. Even jotting down a few notes is progress! Just don't give up!
I know what you mean. I got an idea for our RP right before I went to bed so I wrote it down. :)
See, it really helps! Good job :)
Yes, let's let her speak. lol.
It's a dancing Kirby!
