I'm copypasting Laura's answer here, because it can be useful when we're reporting:

When reporting a book as read, yes, it is important to include the task that was being read for, whether that was one of the optional tasks in the hive, a top 30 task that was being repeated, or a created task.

For clarity, it will be important in the reporting thread to delineate a Hive read vs Top 30 (1st time through), and yes, if an optional task is being used, then a brief description would be great.
