Do you read multiple books at the same time? How many can you read at the same time? Are they all from the same or different genres?

I read between 3 to 7 books at the same time.
I mix formats and languages so that I can vary what I pick depending on my mood.
I read kindle, audio, paperback, and hardback. Sometimes, I have two options in some formats, one in Spanish and one in English.

Catsalive | 219 comments I can read several at a time but not very often. When I do, they're different genres. Sometimes it happens because one book is giving me trouble so I pick up something lighter to ease the tension.

K.L. Middleton (theunapologeticbookworm) | 64 comments I do read multiple books at the same time. My preference is to read one fiction and one nonfiction book at the same time, but things don't always work out that way.
