What is the oldest book on your shelf?

I picked up a used copy of The Captain from Connecticut by C.S. Forester when I was on vacation in Maine about 30 years ago.

I have a couple books from my childhood, so they are at least 65 years old or so.

I got the book that got me hooked on history that I inherrited from my mum, who got it after the original owner, her brother died in a traffic accident when he was 10.

I also got a second hand edition of Allan Quatermain from 1888

I have an 1874 Holy Bible, too large to fit into any of my bookcases. I think the next oldest I own is from 1858 - The Poems of Adelaide A. Proctor - and it includes an introduction by Charles Dickens.

I found a 1922 edition of Nobody's Girl by Héctor Malot on my shelf. I remember finding it in my grandmother’s house and reading it as a child.
