Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

I have a bunch of series, including one with 50-something books, that have not populated through from Amazon (and one series that did). From looking at the Edit Book Details page, it looks like I may be able to add a book to a series, providing the series already exists, but looking at the requests here, I think that must be wrong. Can someone confirm how this works, please?

And can they also add a series for me:

Series: Gold Medal Diaries
