Are you asking about booksirens or Amazon? I post reviews on both without any issues. The book has to be listed on booksirens though, if it's not then you can't post a review

Booksirens seems legit, and our (new, poor authors) best bet for paid ARC readers, based on my research. I'm about to launch an ARC campaign very soon : )
