We are currently seeking an active member to join our team as Challenge Moderator. Selection will be made by the existing moderators: Winter, SarahKat, TerryJane, Blagica, Theresa, JennH, and Susan.
β General Requirements - currently active in the group - a track record of engagement - willing to be a long-term volunteer - comfortable using Google Docs and Sheets (or similar applications) - able to complete moderator tasks in a timely manner - reliable internet access
β Challenge Moderator Responsibilities - work with other challenge mods to select and refine challenge ideas - write up monthly and quarterly challenges - coordinate with challenge leaders to reserve posts - answer leadersβ questions as needed, especially new volunteers

- member management (answer questions, delete spam)
- offer new challenge or activity ideas
- lead approx. 1-2 yearly challenges (track, post updates, encourage participants)
- communicate with mod team regularly (discussions, questions, upcoming absences)
- help the team prepare our group for the next year (September to early January)
