Sarah Tadlock (sarahtrg) | 1 comments Hi everyone!

I'm an active reader and reviewer (10 a month minimum) looking for a few ARCs in exchange for an honest and thorough review. I read across several genres—primarily historical fiction, historical fantasy, and psychological thrillers/mysteries—and I’m always on the lookout for fresh voices as well as upcoming releases from established authors.

What I offer:

Timely Reviews: Detailed, honest reviews posted on Goodreads, StoryGraph, Amazon, and a few more, on or before your specified release date.

No Spoilers: I keep all main review bodies strictly spoiler-free (or clearly marked with spoiler tags if deep analysis is requested).

Cross-Promotion: I also cross-post my reviews across several literary platforms.

I prefer physical ARCs (I've never gotten over my love of the smell of a book, what can I say?) but I'm open to digital (ePub, PDF, Kindle, or NetGalley).

If you have an upcoming release and think it would be a good fit, feel free to drop a comment below or send me a direct message! You can check out my bookshelf history here to get a feel for my reading tastes and standard review style.

Looking forward to discovering some incredible new books!

Karan | 5 comments Hi Sarah! Thanks for sharing what you're looking for — I'll be honest, mine sits outside your usual genres: A Perfect Gift is a closed-door contemporary slow-burn romance, not historical fiction or thriller/mystery. So I totally understand if it's not the right fit for your list. But if you're ever open to stepping outside your usual reads, I'd love to send it your way — no pressure at all, and thank you for the thoughtful post either way!

Jason Knable | 2 comments Hi Sarah! I saw psychological thrillers on your list and thought my debut might be right up your alley.

Breath of the Forgotten (Chronicles of Erewhon, Book 1) is a dystopian psychological thriller where the perfect utopia is actually a prison built on the destruction of parallel worlds. It weaves high-stakes survival with a multiverse-spanning romance as Thomas fights to dismantle his father's empire and find his soulmate, Anna.

I have digital formats (ePub/PDF) available if you are open to a digital ARC. Feel free to let me know or shoot me a DM if you're interested!

Graeme Butler | 9 comments Hi Sarah, your interest in thrillers and science fiction/fantasy caught my eye. I have a digital ARC of The Dead Earth Protocol, an adult dystopian sci-fi thriller releasing December 1. Beneath Mars, an explosives apprentice joins a resistance against the machine that controls every job, ration, and breath in a mining colony. The rebels need to destroy it, but it also keeps six thousand people alive.

If that premise appeals to you, the EPUB is free to request here: https://storyoriginapp.com/reviewcopi.... I know you prefer physical ARCs, so no worries if a digital copy or the genre is not the right fit. Honest reviews are welcome, never required.

message 11: by Glesni (new)

Glesni | 13 comments Hi Sarah!
I'm looking for ARC Readers for a new psychological thriller that will be released soon and available for reviews soon!

https://BookHip.com/RPLAWMZ

She gave the eulogy without a single note.
Everyone said they didn’t know how she did it. Emma doesn’t know either.
Her younger sister died at the bottom of fourteen stairs in their late mother’s house. A Sunday night in August.
Everyone calls it a fall. The death certificate says undetermined.
Emma can’t remember that Sunday. She can’t remember the Friday before it either.
There’s a voicemail from her sister on her phone. Ninety-one seconds. She has never played it.
A detective has a four-second phone call he can’t explain. Her sister’s husband has a lawsuit he can’t afford to lose. And in March, Emma will testify under oath about a night she can’t remember.
A black room. No doors. No windows. No shadows.
It knows what happened on the stairs.
It’s waiting for her to ask.

message 14: by Tom (new)

Tom Berwick | 2 comments Hi all, I'm Tom, a debut author from the North East of England, looking for a handful of advance readers for my first novel.

The North Awakens (Dreamers Can't Die, Book 1) - 80,000 words
A dystopian political thriller for fans of 1984 and House of Cards.

The United Kingdom, 2061. The Shield Party rules from four glass towers in Canary Wharf, an algorithm tells the nation what to believe, and the gallows are back. When the new Home Secretary starts asking the wrong questions, she sends her son north to Northumberland for his safety. He finds a community hiding something, a girl he can't stop thinking about, and a lie that could break the government. Somewhere in the middle, a cold, charming insider is playing both sides.

At its heart it's a mother-and-son story, with politics, a mystery villain and a bit of romance.

What I'm offering: a free ebook (EPUB or Kindle), about 80,000 words. You can read the first three chapters free before deciding.

What I'd ask:
• Spot any typos? Let me know by 13 November
• An honest review on Goodreads (any time) and/or Amazon (from 5 December)
• Please keep the file to yourself

Request a copy here (I approve each request personally):
https://storyoriginapp.com/reviewcopi...

Thanks for reading. Happy to answer any questions below.
Tom
