Basically, I saw this on tiktok, just put ANY tips from self defence, to online safety, to literally anything that you think could save someone’s life. I’m not sure if someone has already done something like this but needless to say more is better. I’ll start, one of the tips I saw was to start running, because in certain situations running and having a good stamina will help A LOT.

I have terrible stamina...Tip from Andarna- "Scratch her eyes out. Really, the eyes are the softest tissue. Just jab your thumbs in there—"
Tairn- "We do not eat our allies"
Sry I'm in my Iron Flame era and I made me think of this but these tip I think r tru
do not be sorry at all, plus i second thiss i also heard if you dig your thumb into their eyes and like dig that helps a lot? im not too sure lol dont take my word for it but something like that
your elbow is extremely durable and can inflict immense pain and create distance between another person if necessary
Honestly finding out my hair type was life saving 😭 I always thought I had straight hair, but when I air dried it, it always came out horribly shaped and puffy. I found out I have 2C/3A curly/wavy hair and it completely changed my face shape and appearance. I look more balanced now
1.When someone comes up behind you, swing your arm up quickly against your neck so the attacker cant get you into a headlock.2. If you are on ice and it’s cracking, LAY DOWN!! Get on your stomach! I’m so sick of actors not doing this in movies😭😭😭
3. If someone’s strangling you, don’t try to get their hands off your neck, or rope or whatever, dig your fingers into their face, specifically their eyeballs. Don’t hold back.
4. Go for the crotch.
1. Pay attention to the people around you when you're out alone- you could notice people who are in trouble and need help or people who could be looking to harm you. Stay alert2. If you notice someone following you, call someone you trust and just start talking to them and find a crowded area or a mom with children and ask for her help
3. If a creepy guy approaches you and asks you out, act as weird and insane as possible. It may creep them out and it may not, but it will give them a signal that you're not playing
4. If you are grabbed, scream, bite, scratch, kick, do whatever you can to get away and fight DIRTY. do not go quietly
5. Actually go to a women's self defense class or a jiu jitsu class. I took Jiu Jitsu for ten years and I feel really confident in my ability to defend myself and others in difficult situations
6. when in doubt, call 911
One that I think is really good is if you are getting kidnapped or even just taken from someone and you need to get people’s attention, DO NOT scream “fire” or “help” because most people will either run from the “danger” or just assume others will help. Yell out “mom” even if you aren’t with your mom because chances are, almost every female will turn and help you.
@ayla thats what my mom also taught me! and i think it could really help, but i also heard that yelling a specific name, if you know the person is in the area could also help. cause moms are so often hearing themselves called that. 🤣😅But I think either could work!
Okay by any chance you are in a horrible situation being abducted, always try to make yourself “human”. Tell the person what you like to do, family, your favorite things, what do they like to do etc. (this could be all made up ofc) This would make the person realize you’re an actual person with a life and not just a “random person” and would have a higher change of you being releasedI actually read that this saved someone’s life once!!
R@pists prefer your hair in a pony tail so they can grab it and pull you into wherever, a car, an alleyway, wtv
