Sorry, do you mind explaining a little bit more what you mean by that? Before posting here, I had submitted a request through support and I got a message back that they couldn't approve my author profile because they couldn't verify my email address, even though they had already approved my account.

Your account is linked to your author profile already so I don't know what the problem is with your email address. You'd have to follow up with Support regarding that; separate issue.

Contact Goodreads Support and ask them to move your profile and your book off the default profile so your books aren't mixed up with other authors using the same name. Even if we moved all those books off your profile, the problem would likely just keep cropping up when new books are imported by this or other authors using the same name.
