Hello lovely librarians

This is my first time doing this, so please let me know if I screw this up or need anything! My book is not officially published yet, I have a release date set for Oct 15, 2026 for Amazon KU and KDP

I am attempting to set up my goodreads author account for ARC readership. so hopefully I'm doing this right!

I was told by the gods of the interweb I should wait to release the ISBN in the event it makes the releason on KU difficult - please advise if needed and how that should get navigated

Hi Anastasia, do you already have an ISBN or ASIN for this book?
We can add it without an ISBN or ASIN, but the computer will automatically add a wrong ISBN. Which is confusing for readers and it makes extra work contacting Goodreads support for adjusting it to the correct one. Librarians cannot change ISBN/ASIN data afterwards.

Please also note that Kindle digital editions can no longer be added by librarians and will be automatically imported from the Amazon catalogs; see https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
